Central government has started U Win Portal registration process for vaccination as well as login at uwin.mohfw.gov.in. U-WIN portal has been launched by PM Narendra Modi on 29th October 2024 for digitalization of immunization services for pregnant women and children. It would enhance access to health services and providing citizens with secure digital identities.
The Made-in-India digital platform namely U Win portal will benefit 2.9 crore pregnant women and 2.6 crore infants annually by fully digitalising the complete vaccination process. It will ensure the timely administration of life-saving vaccines to pregnant women and children (from birth to 16 years) against 12 vaccine-preventable diseases.
The new U-WIN Portal would act as digital partner in tracking vaccination records for pregnant women and children. With support in 11 Indian languages, U-WIN ensures complete, up-to-date vaccination for every child. Access the U Win Portal and take the next step in protecting your family.

Digital Immunization Services on U WIN Portal
PM Modi has launched the U-WIN portal for the Universal Immunization Programme (UIP) for the reproductive and child health initiative under the National Health Mission (NHM). U Win portal will help infants and pregnant women as it digitises the vaccination process. It will ensure that life-saving vaccines for pregnant women and children till the age of 16 years against 12 vaccine-preventable diseases are administered on time. How U Win Portal Works?
U-WIN portal records every vaccination event and generates QR-based, digitally verifiable e-vaccination certificates that can be accessed anytime. You can self-register through the U-WIN web portal or mobile app. You can also select the vaccination centre of your choice and schedule appointments. Once registered, it will send SMS alerts to confirm registrations and reminders for future doses. The system will also aid in creating the IDs for your Ayushman Bharat Health Account.
To register on the U-WIN portal, make login using the link – https://uwinselfregistration.mohfw.gov.in/login. Self-registration is not mandatory for routine vaccinations. On-the-spot vaccinations during ongoing sessions will also continue to be available.

Benefits of U-WIN
Online Self Registration: All Pregnant women can self-register on U-WIN Vaccination Platform to create one time registration. If already registered on CoWIN, need to use same mobile number to access U-WIN wherein woman can tag herself as Pregnant women and new registration of child can also be done using existing guardian’s account. Registration can be also done through walk-in/on-site mode at nearest vaccination center.
Generation of ABHA: Registered Newborns & Children can also have an ABHA based on their parent’s Aadhaar Number.
Search Vaccination Centers: The beneficiary can search nearby vaccination center using State/District filter in order to get vaccination at desired center.
Scheduling of appointment for vaccination: The beneficiary can take online appointment for desired vaccination session & vaccination center as per his/her choice. All vaccines are available at all sessions.
Digitalising Vaccination Record: Each vaccine dose is administered to an identifiable individual only, after due verification. Digital Vaccination Record of all Pregnant women & children gets created real time.
Digital Acknowledgement: Beneficiary will get digital acknowledgement for vaccination every time dose would be administered and receive digital e-Vaccination certificate. Beneficiary can download & save the certificate in Mobile Phone applications which would be easily available for future use.
Notifications and Reminders: Beneficiaries will get Text SMS notifications and reminders with next due dates of their subsequent vaccination.
Ensuring dose intervals: Adherence will be further strengthened with minimum dose interval between two doses through U-WIN system.
Provision to get vaccinated across country: With digitalization of vaccination system, vaccination services can be availed “Anywhere” in the country at scheduled vaccination sessions.
