Below is the complete procedure to track your PMAY application / assessment status on pmaymis.gov.in which is the official website of PM Awas Yojana Urban housing scheme.
While applying for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban component online through pmaymis.gov.in or Common Service Centers, an acknowledgement receipt along with your photograph and an assessment ID on it is provided to you. The assessment ID mentioned on the acknowledgement receipt can be used to check the status of your application. Once you click at the given link, the page to track PMAY assessment / application form status will get displayed on your screen. Here candidates will get 2 choices to either track by assessment ID (application no.) or by entering personal details like name, father’s name and mobile number.

Here enter your assessment ID and mobile no. and click on “Submit” option. Now assessment status will appear on the screen and you can view your status.
If you don’t know your application number or misplaced the acknowledgement receipt then you can also track status using the name of applicant, father name of applicant and ID type.
