Higher Technical and Medical Education Department invites Swami Vivekananda Scholarship for Academic Excellence Scheme Rajasthan 2024 apply online form at hte.rajasthan.gov.in. Under SVSAES, Rajasthan government will provide scholarships to meritorious girl & boy students to study in reputed universities & institutions location either in India or in foreign countries. Earlier this scheme was known as Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship for Academic Excellence Scheme. You can make registration as citizen by using either Jan aadhaar (only for residents of Rajasthan state, India) or Google (all others including Rajasthan state residents).
Once registered, you can make login as existing SSO user. For this purpose, click at “Login” section or directly click https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin
Upon clicking the link, the page to make Rajasthan SSO login will open.

Enter digital identity (SSOID/Username), password, captcha and click “Login” button to make Swami Vivekananda Scholarship for Academic Excellence Scheme login.
On making SSO portal login, you will see a large number of applications. Out of these, you will have to find Swami Vivekananda Scholarship for Academic Excellence Scheme application which is present with the name “Swami Vivekananda Scholarship Scheme (SVSAES)” as shown below:-

On clicking the application, the Scholarship Rajasthan Gov In portal citizen dashboard will open.

On the left side of this page, click at “Scholarship Application” to fill Swami Vivekananda Scholarship for Academic Excellence Scheme online application form.
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state.
All those students who wish to pursue graduation (UG), post-graduation (PG), Ph.D., Post Doctoral Courses from reputed universities / institutions in India or in foreign countries would be eligible.
Students can get scholarship for those foreign universities / institutions which are ranked from 1 to 150 in new Times Higher Education World Ranking List. 300 seats are reserved for students who wish to study in reputed foreign universities or institutions.
Even students can get scholarship for those Indian universities / institutions which are ranked from 1 to 50 in NIRF Rankings India. 200 seats are reserved for students who wish to study in reputed Indian universities or institutions.
A total number of 500 scholarships would be provided to students.
Candidate must have secured at-least 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
Categories would be allotted based on the annual income of the applicants:-
E1 (less than Rs. 8 lakh per annum)
E2 (b/w Rs. 8 lakh to Rs. 25 lakh per annum)
E3 (more than Rs. 25 lakh per annum)
Only E1 category students can apply online for Indian universities & institutions.
30% seats are reserved for girl candidates to encourage women education.
