School Education and Sport Department of Maharashtra government invites RTE Maharashtra Admission 2025-26 online registration form every year at student.maharashtra.gov.in. Students seeking admissions apply online for 25% reserved seats under RTE quota as per Right to Education Act, 2009.
Maharashtra RTE School registrations for the present academic year 2025-26 have been started on the official website and Student Registration would begin thereafter. Children of disadvantaged groups and weaker sections are eligible to apply for admission to private schools under this Right to Education scheme.

STEP 1: Firstly visit the School Education and Sport Department, Govt. of Maharashtra official website at https://student.maharashtra.gov.in/adm_portal/Users/rte_index_new STEP 2: On reaching the homepage, click at “Online Application” tab present in the main menu. STEP 3: Direct linkhttps://student.maharashtra.gov.in/adm_portal/users/login STEP 4: Upon clicking the link, the page for making User Login 2025-26 will appear as shown below:- Student Maharashtra Gov In Login for Users STEP 5: New users can hit at “New Registration” link to open RTE Maharashtra Admission 2025-26 online registration form. RTE Maharashtra Admission Online Registration Form STEP 6: Students are required to select their district, enter child name, date of birth, mobile number and other details accurately and click at the “Register” button to complete the RTE Maharashtra Admission 2025-26 registration process. STEP 7: Subsequently, students will have to make user login using their application number and password.
