Rajasthan government is going to invite Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Pension Yojana 2024 online registration form soon. Under this scheme, the state govt. will provide pension to unorganized workers, street vendors and folk artists on attaining the age of 60 years. What is Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Pension Yojana 2024?

  • Rajasthan state residents who are working as either unorganized worker or street vendor or folk artist (lok kalakar) can make Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Pension Yojana registration.
  • The state residents in the age group of 18 to 40 years can apply online for PM Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana to get pension of Rs. 3000 on attaining the age of 60 years. However for the Rajasthan people who are now in the age group of 41 to 45 years cannot apply for PMSYM scheme.
  • Thus for the welfare of residents of Rajasthan whose age is between 41 to 45 years, the state govt. will start CM Vishwakarma Pension Scheme apply online process.
  • Each beneficiary of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Pension Yojana would receive Rs. 3000 per month after he/she becomes 60 years of age. Earlier, it was decided to provide Rs. 2000 per month (in the budget) as pension but now this amount has been increased to Rs. 3000 per month.
  • The MVPY pension amount would be given in addition to the old age pension amount which is to be received by the senior citizens beneficiaries.
  • It is a contributory pension scheme i.e beneficiaries will have to make contribution by paying premium amount. This scheme would work on the similar lines of PM Shram Yogi Mandhan Yojana.
  • The premium amount to be paid by the beneficiary would be between Rs. 60 to Rs. 100. The contribution amount would depend on the date of enrollment of the beneficiary in MVPY.
  • Only those applicants whose monthly income is less than Rs. 15,000 per month are eligible.
  • To get scheme benefit, applicant must firstly make registration on e-Shram portal.
  • Those people who are already enrolled with National Pension Scheme (NPS), State Insurance and Provident Fund Scheme (SIPF), Employee Provident Fund (EPF) as well as income tax payers are NOT eligible.
  • If any person wants to quit the scheme after 3 year lock in period and before 10 years, then he/she will get deposited amount back along with interest equivalent to savings bank account interest rate.
  • If the applicant becomes disabled before 60 years of age, the actual interest and principal amount deposited in the pension fund can be withdrawn. However, the contribution deposited by the Rajasthan government would still remain deposited in the pension fund.
  • If the beneficiary dies after 60 years of age, then his/her spouse will receive half the pension amount.
  • On the death of the beneficiary, his/her spouse can request for full withdrawal of deposited money along with the savings account interest rate.

Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Pension Yojana Registration 2024

Just like other contributory pension schemes, the state govt. of Rajasthan will soon invite Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Pension Yojana Registration Form 2024. These MVPY online registrations can be invited through the Rajasthan state govt. official website or through a new dedicated portal. As the scheme has just been announced and new MVPY portal has not been launched, so there is no clarity on how to make MVPY registration. Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Pension Yojana in Rajasthan Budget 2024-25

Finance Minister delivered Rajasthan Budget 2024-25 on 8th February 2024 in which she said “हम सभी श्रमिकों, street vendors तथा लोक कलाकारों द्वारा सामना की जाने वाली कठिनाइयों और भविष्य सम्बन्धी आशंकाओं से भी भली-भांति परिचित हैं। श्रमिकों एवं street vendors को वृद्धावस्था में भी संबल प्राप्त हो सके, इस दृष्टि से मैं, 18 से 45 (अठारह से पैंतालीस) वर्ष आयु वर्ग के श्रमिकों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री विश्वकर्मा पेंशन योजना लागू करने की घोषणा करती हूँ। इस योजना में 60 से 100 रुपये मासिक premium देने पर, 60 वर्ष आयु पूर्ण करने के उपरान्त 2 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह पेंशन प्राप्त होगी। शेष लगभग 400 रुपये प्रतिमाह प्रति व्यक्ति का premium राज्य सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जायेगा। यह पेंशन, मुख्यमंत्री वृद्धजन सम्मान पेंशन के अतिरिक्त होगी। इस योजना हेतु 350 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान प्रस्तावित है।”
