Firstly, visit the official website of Rajasthan Higher Technical and Medical Education Department at https://hte.rajasthan.gov.in/
At the homepage, click at “Online Scholarship” link present in the main menu or directly click https://hte.rajasthan.gov.in/online-scholarship
Accordingly, the page showing HTE Rajasthan scholarship scheme updates will open. Scroll down to reach ‘Scholarship Portal‘ section.

If you are new user, register now by clicking on this link – https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register
Accordingly, the CM Bed Sambal Yojana online registration form 2024 will appear as shown below:-

You can make registration as citizen by using either Jan aadhaar (only for residents of Rajasthan state, India) or Google (all others including Rajasthan state residents).
Once registered, you can make login as existing SSO user. For this purpose, click at “Login” section or directly click https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin
Upon clicking the link, the page to make Rajasthan SSO login will open.

Enter digital identity (SSOID/Username), password, captcha and click “Login” button to make Mukhyamantri Bed Sambal Yojana login.
On making SSO portal login, you will see a large number of applications. Out of these, you will have to find Scholarship Application of College Education Dept. which is present with the name “Scholarship (CE)” as shown below:-

Rajasthan Mukhyamantri B.Ed. Sambal Yojana Eligibility

Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state.
Applicant must be a destitute / widow women.
Only those widow/ divorcee ladies who are currently pursuing B.Ed. degree from any recognized teacher training institution would be eligible.
Those widow or divorced women who have already completed their B.Ed degree are NOT eligible to apply.
