PM Vishwakarma Certificate and ID Card PDF Download

The artisans and craftspeople will receive PM Vishwakarma Certificate and PM Vishwakarma ID Card after getting registered under PM Vishwakarma Yojana. Each applicant would be issued a unique digital number which would be reflected on the certificate and the ID Card. The certificate shall enable the applicant’s recognition as a Vishwakarma and shall make him/her eligible to avail all the benefits under the Scheme.

The PM Vishwakarma Certificate and ID Card will be provided digitally as well as in physical form to the beneficiaries. Get PM Vishwakarma Certificate / ID Card PDF

First of all, applicants will have to go to their nearest common service centre.
At CSC, eligible applicants will have to apply online for PM Vishwakarma Yojana.

After successful registration, verification and approval process would be carried out as mentioned in the PM Vishwakarma Guidelines PDF.
After three-step verification and approval, artisans and craftspeople will be registered under this scheme as Vishwakarmas.
They will get a unique Digital ID, PM Vishwakarma Digital Certificate and PM Vishwakarma ID Card.
The certificate will enable the applicants’ recognition as Vishwakarma.
It would make Vishwakarmas eligible to avail all the benefits under PM Vishwakarma Yojana.

PM Vishwakarma Yojana Benefits

Recognition: Recognition as Vishwakarma through Certificate and ID Card
Skilling:
- Skill Verification followed by 5-7 days (40 hours) Basic Training
- Interested candidates can also enroll for 15 days (120 hours) Advanced Training
- Training Stipend: Rs 500 per day
Toolkit Incentive: Rs 15,000 grant
Credit Support:
- Collateral free Enterprise Development Loans: Rs 1 lakh (First Tranche for 18 months repayment) & Rs 2 lakh (Second Tranche for 30 months repayment)
- Concessional Rate of Interest: 5% to be charged from the beneficiary with Interest Subvention cap of 8% to be paid by MoMSME
  Credit Guarantee fees to be borne by GoI
Incentive for Digital Transaction: Re 1 per transaction for maximum upto100 transactions (monthly)
Marketing Support: National Committee for Marketing (NCM) will provide services such as Quality Certification, Branding & Promotion, E-commerce linkage, Trade Fairs advertising, publicity and other marketing activities.
