PFMS has established interface with financial management system of states, banks and other external systems. The Public Financial Management System (PFMS) has evolved as a robust web-based online system designed, developed, owned and implemented by the O/o CGA. The system provides modules for end-to-end digital payments, collection of receipts, accounting, reconciliation, and Financial reporting.
In addition to this, PFMS has been providing a robust IT platform for more effective cash management in the Gol through “Just in time” transfer of funds. It enables complete tracking of realization of funds from its release to its credit into the bank account of intended beneficiaries. Now we will explain how you can know your payment by account number as well as get DBT status of beneficiary and payment details.
Know Your Payment at PFMS Nic In Portal
- First of all, visit the official website https://pfms.nic.in/Home.aspx
- At the homepage, scroll over ‘Payment Status‘ tab and click at “Know Your Payment” link.
- Direct link – https://pfms.nic.in/SitePages/KnowYourPayment_Dw_NewNew.aspx
- Accordingly, the page to know your payment by account number will appear as shown below:-
- Enter first few characters of bank name, account number, perform word verification and click “Send OTP” on registered mobile number.
- Once OTP is verified, you can know your PFMS payment using account number through online mode.
DBT Status Tracker at PFMS Nic In Portal
STEP 1: First of all, visit the official website https://pfms.nic.in/Home.aspx
STEP 2: At the homepage, scroll over ‘Payment Status‘ tab and click at “DBT Status Tracker” link.
STEP 3: Direct link – https://pfms.nic.in/SitePages/DBT_StatusTracker.aspx
STEP 4: Accordingly, the page to check DBT status of beneficiary and payment details will appear as shown below:-
STEP 5: Select category, DBT status, bank, application ID or beneficiary code or account number, perform word verification and click “Search” button to track DBT status of beneficiary.
Please note that the Payment Status result displayed will be for last 2 year in case of NSP and for 6 months in case of other systems.
