First of all, go to the Directorate of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of Haryana official website https://socialjusticehry.gov.in/
At the homepage, scroll over “Services/Schemes” section and click “Forms” link.
Then a list of schemes being run by the SJE department, Haryana will open. Here you can search for “Application form for Ladli Social Security Allowance” and click at “View” tab in front of it.

Download and take a printout of the Ladli Social Security Allowance scheme form. Fill it manually and submit it to the concerned authorities for approval.
Once submitted application is approved, each beneficiary will start receiving assistance amount in their bank accounts directly through DBT mode.
Eligibility Criteria for Ladli Pension Scheme Haryana
Any family where biological single parent/parents are domicile of Haryana or working for Government of Haryana and having no son, biological or adopted, but only daughter/daughters are eligible to get benefit.
The gross annual income from all sources of the family must not exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- to be eligible for getting benefit under this scheme.
The eligible family will be entitled to receive benefit under this scheme for a period of 15 years from the date either of the two parents completes 45 years of age. The benefit will be paid to the mother, if surviving. In case the mother is not surviving, the benefit will be paid to the father.
Amount under Ladli Pension Yojana Haryana 2024
Ladli Pension Yojana in Haryana is on the pattern of Old Age Allowance Scheme for the families having only girl child/children.
It was firstly started from 1st January 2006. Initially, Rs. 300 p.m. per family was given.
Initially, the minimum eligibility age was 55 years and the maximum eligibility age was 60 years. Back then, this scheme was providing assistance for 5 years only.
The Government has enhanced the rate of allowance from 300/- p.m. to 500/- p.m. and reduced the eligibility age from 55 yrs to 45 yrs w.e.f. 1.4.2007.
Then from 1.4.2014, ladli pension yojana Haryana allowance rate was enhanced to Rs. 1000 per month.
Ladli social security allowance rate was enhanced to Rs. 1200/- p.m. w.e.f. 01-01-2015.
The Government has increased the rates under the scheme to Rs. 1400/- p.m per beneficiary w.e.f 1-1-2016, Rs. 1600/- w.e.f. 01-11-2016, Rs. 1800/- w.e.f. 01-11-2017, Rs. 2000/- w.e.f. 01-11-2018, Rs. 2250/- w.e.f. 01.01.2020, Rs. 2500/- w.e.f. 01.04.2021, Rs. 2750/- w.e.f. 01.04.2023 and Rs. 3000/- w.e.f. 01.01.2024.

The enrolment of families under this scheme now commences from the 45th birthday of the mother or the father i.e. for 15 years.
In case of the death of either of the parent the surviving parent will get assistance amount under Ladli Pension Yojana Haryana.
