MoRD has developed Kaushal Panjee tool to create an online realtime database of eligible rural poor youth. This tool helps in registration and upgrading skills of poor rural youth under MoRD’s flagship skill development programmes i.e. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) and Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETI). It is being used by all the stakeholders i.e. Candidate, Employer, PIA/RSETI, SRLM, Trainer and MoRD.

Kaushal Panjee Registration Form 2024
STEP 1: Firstly visit the Kaushal Panjee Skill Register official website at https://kaushalpanjee.nic.in/
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “Candidate Registration” tab to open the Kaushal Panjee skill register portal candidate registration page:-
STEP 3: Select the “Fresh / New Registration” option and click “Next” button.
STEP 4: Accordingly, the Kaushal Panjee DDUGKY / RSETI Registration form will open.
STEP 5: Fill in details SECC state, SECC district, SECC sub-district / tehsil, SECC village, gender, category, enter candidate name, date of birth, father/mother/guardian name, name of district, mobile number, email ID and other asked details and hit at “Save & Proceed” button.
STEP 6: Then Fill SECC information, address information, personal information, training program details and click “Submit” button to complete Kaushal Panjee Registration Form fillup process.

Employers can register and submit their requirement on Kaushal Panjee and system generates the list of available candidates for placements as per their criteria. Furthermore, trainers can also register themselves and PIAs may approach them for engaging/employing them in DDU-GKY trainings.
