In order to apply online for Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana 2024, one can make mksy up gov in registration and login. The process to fill Kanya Sumangala Yojana Apply Online Form is explained here:- STEP 1: Firstly visit the official website of Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana at https://www.mksy.up.gov.in/women_welfare/index.php STEP 2: At the homepage, hit at “Citizen Services Portal (Apply Here) link [नागरिक सेवा पोर्टल (यहाँ आवेदन करें)]” present under “Quick Links” section as shown here:- MKSY UP Gov In Citizen Services Portal Link STEP 3: Direct Link – https://www.mksy.up.gov.in/women_welfare/citizen/guest_login.php STEP 4: Upon clicking the link, the page to make mksy.up.gov.in registration & login page will appear as shown below:- mksy.up.gov.in Registration, Login STEP 5:Existing users can enter “Login ID“, “Password“, “Captcha” and click “Send SMS OTP” button on the right side of the page to make mksy.up.gov.in login. However, if you are a new user then you can make mksy.up.gov.in registration first. STEP 6: To make MKSY UP Gov In registration, go to the “First Time User-Register Yourself” section on the left side of the page, tick the declaration “I Agree” and click “Continue” button. STEP 7: Then a pop up window asking “Is the applicant being registered through Anganwadi Centre?” will open. Note:- Applicant can add upto 2 beneficiaries (or 3 beneficiaries in case of twin only) in single registration. If you are already registered then add the girl child to the same registration, do not make new registration.

Here is the eligibility criteria to fill UP Kanya Sumangala Yojana apply online form:-
The family of beneficiary must be resident of Uttar Pradesh and must have proof of residence for the same under which Ration Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ electricity bill / telephone bill will be valid.
The income of beneficiary’s family must be maximum 3 Lakh per annum
Maximum of two girls of one family will be benefitted under the scheme
Family must have maximum two children.
If woman delivers twin babies in her second delivery then the third girl child will also be eligible for benefit. If woman has a girl from first delivery and she has twin girls from her second delivery then only in this condition all the three girls will be eligible for benefit.
If a family has adopted a orphan girl then the maximum of two girls will be benefitting under the scheme including the biological children and the adopted girl child.

The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 1 during the current academic year will be benefited with Rs. 3000.00/- One Time.

The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 6 during the current academic year will be benefited with Rs. 3000.00/- One Time.
Stage 5:
Rs. 5000
The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 9 during the current academic year will be benefited with Rs. 5000.00/- One Time.
Stage 6:
Rs. 7000
The girl who has passed standard 10/12 and has enrolled into a bachelor degree/ at least 2 years of certified diploma course in the current academic year will be benefited with Rs. 7000.00/- One Time.
