Transport Department, Haryana government is inviting Happy Card Apply Online Form 2024 at hartrans.gov.in. Full form of HAPPY is Haryana Antyodaya Parivar Parivahan Yojana. This scheme provides free travel benefit upto 1000 Km every year to poor people in state run buses (Haryana Roadways).
Approximately 22.89 lakh households having more than 84 lakh persons with annual income less than or equals to Rs. 1 lakh would be benefited. Each HAPPY Yojana beneficiary will receive smart card linked to the e-ticketing system to enable free travel in the roadways.

At the homepage, select “Haryana Roadways” link or directly click https://hartrans.gov.in/ to open website of Department of State Transport (Haryana Roadways).

At the homepage of Department of State Transport (Haryana Roadways), click at the “E-Booking” tab present in the main menu.
At the opened ebooking Hr Transport portal, click at “Apply Happy Card” tab.

Enter PPP Family ID, captcha and click at “Send OTP to Verify” button. An OTP would be sent on the mobile number registered with Parivar Pehchan Patra ID.
Validate OTP by entering the OTP received on mobile no. correctly and clicking at “Verify OTP” button.
Accordingly, the page displaying Haryana Happy Card eligibility status will open.
