By making Gopal Credit Card registration, livestock owners can get short term loans upto Rs. 1 lakh. These loans are interest free and would immensely benefit farmers associated with dairy related activities. In this article, we will tell you how to fill Gopal Credit Card Yojana online application form, what is the eligibility criteria and which documents are required to take GCC loans.
On making SSO portal login, you will see a large number of applications. Out of these, you will have to find Gopal Credit Card Yojana apply online application which is present with the name “Rajsahakar” as shown below:-

On clicking the application, the page displaying Rajsahakar menu will open. Here you can see “Gopal Credit Card New Registration” tab as shown below:-

Click at the GCC new registration tab to open “Gopal Credit Card Application Form“.

Subsequently, click at “Add New Gopal Credit Card or Profiling” link to open popup displaying GCC eligibility and instructions.

Read the instructions and if you fulfill all the above conditions and does he have all the required documents, then tick the declaration and click “Proceed Further” tab.

Rajasthan Gopal Credit Card Yojana Eligibility
The following qualifications are necessary for the animal breeder to be eligible for the Gopal Credit Card Scheme:-
The cattle keeper should be a member of the primary milk producing cooperative society.
The cattle owner should sell his milk to the primary milk producing cooperative society.
The livestock owner should be a resident of the Gram Seva Sahakari Samiti/Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society.
Documents Required for Gopal Credit Card Yojana
If you are eligible then submit the application after completing the below documents and details.
Your PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.
Details of account in which milk is paid by the committee.
Name and membership number of your society.
Details of the property proposed for hypothecation to the bank.
Details of agricultural land.
Details of crop loan taken from cooperative society/other financial institution.
Details of two guarantors and their Aadhaar and PAN details along with one photograph and signature each.
Recommendation of primary milk producer cooperative society.
GCC Yojana in Rajasthan Budget 2024-25
Finance Minister presented Rajasthan Budget 2024-25 on 8th February 2024. While presenting the budget, FM said “ग्रामीण अंचल में निवासरत परिवार अपनी आजीविका के लिए कृषि के साथ-साथ dairy/ दुग्ध उत्पादन पर भी अत्यधिक निर्भर हैं। हमारी सरकार प्रदेश में गौवंश संरक्षण के साथ ही, इस कार्य से जुड़े परिवारों को सहायता देने के लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठायेगी। इसी दृष्टि से dairy से सम्बन्धित गतिविधियों यथा गौवंश हेतु shed, खेली का निर्माण तथा दुग्ध/चारा/बांटा सम्बन्धी उपकरण खरीदने हेतु, एक लाख रुपये तक ब्याज मुक्त short term ऋण उपलब्ध कराने के लिए Kisan Credit Card की तर्ज पर ‘Gopal Credit Card’ (GCC) योजना प्रारम्भ करने की घोषणा करती हूँ। इस योजना में, प्रथम चरण में लगभग 5 लाख गोपालक परिवारों को ऋण उपलब्ध कराये जायेंगे। इस योजना पर आगामी वर्ष 150 करोड़ रुपये व्यय होंगे।”
