• Firstly, visit the official website of Rajasthan Higher Technical and Medical Education Department at https://hte.rajasthan.gov.in/
• At the homepage, click at “Online Scholarship” link present in the main menu or directly click https://hte.rajasthan.gov.in/online-scholarship
• Accordingly, the page showing HTE Rajasthan scholarship scheme updates will open. Scroll down to reach ‘Scholarship Portal‘ section.



• If you are new user, register now by clicking on this link – https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register?RU=scholarship.rajasthan.gov.in
• Accordingly, the Devnarayan Scooty Yojana online registration form 2024 will appear as shown below:-



• You can make registration as citizen by using either Jan aadhaar (only for residents of Rajasthan state, India) or Google (all others including Rajasthan state residents).
• Once registered, you can make login as existing SSO user. For this purpose, click at “Login” section or directly click https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/signin?RU=scholarship
• Upon clicking the link, the page to make Rajasthan SSO login will open.



• Enter digital identity (SSOID/Username), password, captcha and click “Login” button to make Devnarayan Scooty Yojana login.

After logging in, you can apply for the scheme by filling Devnarayan Scooty Yojana apply online form through Scholarship (CE) application icon.

Eligibility for Devnarayan Scooty Yojana

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state.
• Applicant must be a girl and must belong to backward classes category.
• The family income of the applicants, from all sources, must not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh per annum.
• The applicant girl must have passed class 12th in the present year 2024.

The official notification stated “राज्य में पिछडा वर्ग में से अति पिछडे वर्ग में गुर्जर सहित 05 जातियों (यथा 1. बंजारा, बालदिया, लबाना 2. गाडिया-लौहार, गाडोलिया 3. गूजर, गुर्जर 4. राईका, रैबारी (देबासी, देवासी) 5. गडरिया, (गाडरी), गायरी] की छात्राओं को राजस्थान माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड / केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित 12वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा तथा विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित स्नातक/ स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री परीक्षाओं में अधिक से अधिक अंक लाने, उनमें प्रतिस्पर्द्धा की भावना विकसित करने, उच्च अध्ययन हेतु आकर्षित करने एवं उच्च शिक्षा हेतु वाहन सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने तथा आर्थिक सहयोग प्रदान करना है।”
