Self employment opportunities to 1 lakh youth every year and total 10 lakh youths in 10 years.
Age b/w 21 to 40 years, minimum 8th pass educational qualification and skill training certificate from recognized institution.

Eligibility Criteria for CM Yuva Udyami Vikas Yojana
Age: 21 to 40 years
Educational Qualification: Minimum 8th class pass or equivalent
Applicant must possess skill related certificate/degree/diploma from Vishwakarma Shram Samman Yojana, ODOP training scheme, SC/ST/OBC training yojana, UPSDM or any other recognized educational institution.
The applicant should not be getting the benefits of any other central or state government scheme (including interest or capital component) except PM Svanidhi Yojana.
CM YUVA Scheme in UP Budget 2024-25
On 5th February 2024, Finance Minister presented UP Budget 2024-25. While delivering the budget speech, FM said “प्रदेश के शिक्षित एवं प्रशिक्षित युवाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़कर नये सूक्ष्म उद्योगों की स्थापना हेतु वित्तीय संसाधन उपलब्ध कराये जाने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री युवा उद्यमी विकास अभियान प्रारम्भ किया जा रहा है जिसके लिये 1000 करोड रूपये की व्यवस्था प्रस्तावित है।”

CM YUVA scheme aims to provide self employment opportunities to the educated and trained youth. UP govt. will give financial grants to 1 lakh youngsters every year by facilitating loans and enabling the annual establishment of a lakh micro enterprises.
