What is Rajasthan CM Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana?
Boys and girls of Rajasthan state who are suffering from any rare disease would be given assistance for full treatment, care and other essential services.
Boys/girls suffering from rare diseases as well as their families would be given support and encouragement through continuous financial assistance.
Eligibility for CM Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana in Rajasthan
Boy/Girl must be less than 18 years of age
Applicant must be a domicile of Rajasthan state or must be residing in the state for atleast 3 years.
Only those boys/girls who are suffering from any rare disease would be covered.
In addition to the assistance/grant under Mukhyamantri Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana, boys and girls suffering from rare diseases would be able to get benefits of other schemes being run by the central/state government.
If the boy/girl recover fully and permanently from the rare disease, then financial assistance given under CM Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana would be stopped.
Moreover if the boy/girl dies due to rare diseases, then also financial assistance would NOT be given under the said scheme.
Income limit would Not be applicable for the parents / guardians of boys/girls suffering from rare diseases.

To provide financial assistance / grants to boys and girls, a new rare disease fund would be setup. This fund would include grants from Rajasthan state government, crowd funding, money donated for the cause as well as money received from CSR. Each boy/girl suffering from rare diseases in Rajasthan state would be given free treatment upto Rs. 50 lakh through rare disease fund.
Moreover, each boy/girl suffering from rare diseases in Rajasthan state would be given Rs. 5000 as monthly assistance.
How to Apply for CM Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana
If the boy/girl is suffering from rare disease, then parent / guardian can apply for CM Ayushman Bal Sambal Yojana through nearest e-mitra centre or by self SSO Rajasthan ID with the help of biometric OTP. The basic and family details of the parent/guardian as well as of the boy/girl would be fetched from aadhaar and jan aadhaar ID. However other information such as confirmatory genetic report of the disease and doctors precription along with undertaking by the parent must be separately uploaded on the portal.
