STEP 1: First of all, visit the Haryana Chirayu Yojana official website at https://chirayuayushmanharyana.in/

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at “आवेदन के लिए क्लिक करें” link.

STEP 3: Tick the Chirayu Ayushman Haryana affirmation and click at “सहमत और जारी रखें” tab.
STEP 4: Accordingly, the Chirayu Yojana Haryana PPP Family ID entering page will appear as shown below:-

STEP 5: Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra ID and click at “सत्यापित हुआ” tab.
STEP 6: Enter OTP received on mobile number registered with PPP ID and click at “प्रस्तुत करें” tab to open page showing PPP details.

STEP 1: First of all, visit the Haryana Chirayu Yojana official website at https://chirayuayushmanharyana.in/

STEP 2: At the homepage, click at ““भुगतान स्तिथि जांचें” link.
STEP 3: Then the page to track Chirayu Yojana Haryana Payment Status will appear as shown below:-

STEP 4: One can find Chirayu Ayushman Haryana payment status through either “Transaction ID (लेन देन आईडी)” or “PPP Family ID (पीपीपी आईडी)”.
STEP 5: Enter either PPP ID or transaction ID to track Haryana Chirayu Yojana payment status through online mode.

PMJAY CHIRAYU scheme of Haryana provides benefits of health coverage of ₹5 Lakhs per family per year for secondary and tertiary treatment in empanelled hospitals.

Chirayu Ayushman Haryana Eligibility

Chirayu Yojana is basically an extension of central govt’s PMJAY scheme for the Haryana state residents. Under Chirayu Ayushman scheme, the benefits of Ayushman Bharat shall be provided to beneficiaries with verified annual family income upto ₹ 3.00 Lakhs per year as per Parivaar Pehchaan Patra ID (PPP ID).

Premium Amount for Chirayu Yojana Haryana

A nominal contribution-cum-registration fees of ₹1500/- per family per year to be paid by the beneficiary family. Once the beneficiary pays the premium amount, then he/she can get cashless treatment upto Rs. 5 lakh in any empanelled hospital across the state.

Upon successful verification and submission of the nominal contribution, the cards will be activated starting from 01.11.2024, providing beneficiaries with one year of access to treatment at empanelled hospitals.
