The Chirayu Yojana is a Haryana state specific scheme and is an extension of the central govt’s AB-PMJAY scheme. Under Ayushman Bharat Yojana, people with family income less than Rs. 1.8 lakh and whose name is present in SECC-2011 Data List are covered. Now Chirayu Yojana has been launched by Haryana government under which people with family income above Rs. 1.8 lakh but less than Rs. 3 lakh are covered.

STEP 1: Firstly visit PMJAY beneficiary portal at https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/

STEP 2: Enter captcha, your own mobile number and click “Verify” link. Then select authentication mode as “Mobile_OTP“.
STEP 3: Subsequently enter OTP received on your mobile number, fill captcha code again and click “Login” tab.
STEP 4: Next the page to perform State Wise PMJAY beneficiary search will appear as shown below:-

STEP 5: Select scheme name as “PMJAY“, State name as “Haryana“, Sub-scheme as “PMJAY Chirayu Ext 2 (HKRN)“. Then select any district as per your residence and perform search by either family ID or aadhaar number or PMJAY ID. For representation purpose, we are performing search by family ID for Palwal district of Haryana state for which we have entered Parivar Pehchan Patra Identity (PPP ID).
STEP 6: Upon entering your PPP ID no, the page showing Chirayu Yojana Haryana List 2024 with names of beneficiaries will open.

STEP 7: Here you can see your name, father/spouse name, relation, mobile number, eKYC status, Ayushman card status.
STEP 8: Then you can click at “Download arrow” under ‘Action‘ section to authenticate yourself (using aadhar OTP or fingerprint or IRIS).
STEP 9: Enter beneficiary’s aadhaar OTP, mobile number and then click “Authenticate” tab.
STEP 10: Upon successful authentication, beneficiary’s Chirayu Card will get displayed where you can check Chirayu Card Haryana status as well as aadhaar, family ID and other information.

STEP 11: Select the card to download and again perform authentication using Aadhaar OTP or Finger Print or IRIS Scan. After authentication is done, then you will be able to click “Download” tab.
STEP 12: Upon clicking the download button, it will ask for Chirayu Card Download PDF and save it on your smartphone/PC/laptop.
STEP 13: You can save Chirayu Yojana Haryana card on your smartphone/PC/laptop which will appear as shown below:-
