Chakshu portal facilitates citizens to report the suspected fraud communications (SFC) with the intention of defrauding telecom service users for cyber-crime, financial frauds, non-bonafide purpose like impersonation or any other misuse through Call, SMS or WhatsApp. Link to report SFC through Chakshu has been made available at sancharsaathi.gov.in Portal. Here is the complete process to report any suspected fraud communication received within last 30 days at Chakshu portal:-

  • First of all, go to the Sanchar Saathi official website https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/
  • At the homepage, go to “Citizen Centric Services” section

  • Here click at “Report Suspected Fraud Communication – Chakshu” tab or directly click https://sancharsaathi.gov.in/sfc/ to open Chakshu Portal.

  • On the opened page, hit at “Continue for Reporting” tab.
