Accordingly, the page to get B1/PII through Document ID will appear as shown below:-

Enter the “Document ID (दस्तावेज़ क्रमांक डालें)” and click “डाउनलोड” button. Next you can click at “रिपोर्ट का pdf फाइल डाउनलोड करें” link to download B-I Khatauni/PII Khasra Report PDF.
For instance, we have entered Document ID as “20240828590300095”, clicked at “download” button and then clicked at ‘Report PDF File download’ link which will give us the following CG Bhuiyan B1 Khatauni/P2 Khasra Report PDF.

Here you can select a number of options as shown below:-

We have selected search type as “ग्राम चयन द्वारा”, type of land as “कृषि भूमि”, district as “धमतरी”, tehsil as “कुरुद”, village code as “कोटगांब-084 (00037)”, khasra number as “8” and clicked at “देखें” tab.
Accordingly, we will get CG Bhuiyan B1 / PII Details as shown below:-

You can check general information like land area which is irrigated or not, owner info, naksha, digitally signed Khatauni- B1, digitally signed Khasra PII (Khand 1), Khasra PII Khand 2 (Crop Details) and other information.

At the homepage, scroll over “भूमि सम्बंधित जानकारी” tab and then click at “खसरा विवरण” link.

You can select any of the 2 options namely “ग्राम चयन द्वारा” or “खसरा आईडी द्वारा”. For instance, we have chosen the 1st option i.e ग्राम चयन द्वारा.
Select the district, tehsil, village code. For eg- we have selected district as “धमतरी”, tehsil as “कुरुद” and village code as “कोटगांब (00037) – 5903084”.
Next you will again get 2 options namely “खसरा वार” and “नाम वार” to check Khasra details at Bhuiyan Chhattisgarh Land Records portal. For instance, we have again selected “खसरा वार” option to check Khasra wise CG land records.
