Facility for Ayushman Card Download in PDF format available at beneficiary.nha.gov.in, check PMJAY card status and beneficiary list 2024 online. Ayushman Bharat PM Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) offers Rs. 5 lakh health insurance coverage to around 10 crore poor families (50 crore people) of India. People can now check their Ayushman Bharat Yojana list and card status through online mode.

Several states in India have even merged their state healthcare scheme with PMJAY scheme to ensure that each citizen gets health insurance benefits. Ayushman Bharat Yojana is an eligibility based scheme launched by central government. All those families whose name appears in the SECC-2011 Data List are already included as beneficiairies in Ayushman Bharat Yojana list whose details can be checked using the method given below.

Firstly visit the AB PMJAY official website at https://pmjay.gov.in/
On the homepage, hit at “Am I Eligible” tab present in the main menu or directly click https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/ to open PMJAY beneficiary portal.

Enter mobile number and click “Verify” link. Then select authentication mode as “Mobile_OTP“.
Accordingly, enter OTP received on your mobile number, fill captcha code and click “Login” tab.
Next the page to perform State Wise PMJAY beneficiary search will appear as shown below:-

Select scheme name, state, sub-scheme, district and perform search by either family ID or aadhaar number or PMJAY ID.
For representation purpose, we are performing search by family ID for Haryana state where you will have to enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra Identity – PPP ID.
Upon entering your PPP ID no, the page showing Ayushman Bharat PM Jan Arogya Yojana list 2024 will open.

Here you can see your name, father/spouse name, relation, mobile number, eKYC status, Ayushman card status.
Then you can click at “Download arrow” under ‘Action‘ section to authenticate yourself (using aadhar OTP or fingerprint or IRIS).
Enter beneficiary’s aadhaar OTP, mobile number and then click “Authenticate” tab.
Upon successful authentication, beneficiary’s Ayushman Card will get displayed where you can check AB PMJAY beneficiary status as well as aadhaar, family ID and other information.

Select the card to download and again perform authentication using Aadhaar OTP or Finger Print or IRIS Scan. After authentication is done, then you will be able to click “Download” tab.
Upon clicking the download button, it will ask for Ayushman Card Download PDF and save it on your smartphone/PC/laptop.
