Applicants can either make sso.rajasthan.gov.in portal registration, login and apply for scheme using Jan aadhaar card or can apply at sjms.rajasthan.gov.in.

Rajasthan DBT Voucher Scheme Last Date to Apply
Students who pursue their studies by residing away from their home as paying guest (PG) would now get Rs. 2000 per month for 10 months in a single year. Under Ambedkar DBT Voucher Yojana, each student will get Rs. 20,000 per annum in the form of vouchers. This assistance amount could be used by students for either paying PG rent or electricity bills or water bills or getting food.
Only those students belonging to either scheduled caste (SC) or scheduled tribe (ST) or other backward classes (OBC) or most backward classes (MBC) or economically weaker sections (EWS) or minority category are eligible. Total 5500 students of Rajasthan state can avail Ambedkar DBT Voucher Yojana benefits this year. Last date to apply online for DBT voucher scheme is 30 November 2024.
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan state.
Applicant must belong to either SC or ST or OBC or MBC or EWS or Minority category.
Must be studying in an academic course in a government college located at the district level.
Annual family income of the applicant must be less than
Rs. 2.5 lakh, if applicant belongs to SC, ST or MBC category
Rs. 1.50 lakh, if applicant belongs to OBC category
Rs. 1 lakh, if applicant belongs to EWS category
The candidate should not be a resident of the Municipal Corporation / Municipal Council / Municipality of the district in which he is studying in the Government College.
Students whose parents/guardians have their own house in the city or place where they are studying will not be eligible to avail benefits under the DBT Voucher scheme.
Benefit under Rajasthan Ambedkar DBT Voucher Yojana can be given to any student for a maximum of 5 years.
The students who are studying while residing in the government-run hostels will not be entitled to DBT Voucher Yojana benefits.
Documents Required for DBT Voucher Scheme in Rajasthan
Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority.
Certificate of regular study in a government college located in district different from home district.
Proof of living in rental accommodation (self certified) / Copy of rent receipt.
Copy of mark sheet of class passed in previous year.
In addition to the above, applicant’s aadhar no, caste certificate, income certificate, bank account number etc. are being taken through online mode by using Janaadhaar web service.

Ambedkar DBT Voucher Yojana Amount & Payment Mode
Amount – All the eligible students, on successful submission of DBT voucher scheme application form would receive assistance. The amount of assistance would be Rs. 2000 per month which would be given for 10 months in a particular year. Each student can avail assistance amount for a maximum duration of 5 years.
Payment Mode – Each applicant would receive payment of Rs. 2000 every month directly into their bank accounts through DBT mode. The online payment mode will eliminate the role of any middlemen in disbursing payment and thus would curb corruption.
