Aepds AP RC Details, Stock Register, Shop Wise Transactions at aepos.ap.gov.in

AePDS AP RC Details checking facility has been started by Andhra Pradesh government at aepos.ap.gov.in. One can now check AP ration card status using RC number, stock register report and date wise / shop wise transactions through Aadhaar enabled Public Distribution System (AePDS). Read this article till the end to know how to check AePDS AP RC details (ration card status), stock register report and shop wise transaction details through the official website.

Aepds AP RC Details – AP Ration Card Status

First of all, visit the official website for Aadhaar enabled public distribution system (AePDS) in AP at https://aepos.ap.gov.in/index.jsp
At the homepage, go to “Reports” section and click at “RC Details” link.

On clicking the link, the page to check Aepds AP RC details using Andhra Pradesh ration card number will open.

Aepds AP RC Details using Ration Card No

Enter your ration card number and click “Submit” button. For eg- we have entered RC no. as YAP101303400249 and clicked ‘Submit’ button.
Then Aepds AP Ration Card Status for the specified RC number will open.

Here you can check entitlement, authentications, current month transactions and transaction history of the Andhra Pradesh ration card holders.

Aepds AP Stock Register Report

First of all, visit the official website for Aadhaar enabled public distribution system (AePDS) in AP at https://aepos.ap.gov.in/index.jsp
At the homepage, go to “Reports” section and click at “Stock Register” link.

On clicking the link, the page to check complete stock register report will open.

Select month and year of your choice, enter shop number (for eg-1013034) and click “Submit” button to check Aepds AP Stock Register report.
Then PDS Stock Register Report for Shop No:1013034 will open as shown below:-

In the Aepds AP Stock Register Report, you can check commodity name, units, alloted quantity, opening balance (A), received quantity (B), issued qty (C), and closing balance (A+B-C).

Aepds AP Shop Wise Transactions

First of all, visit the official website for Aadhaar enabled public distribution system (AePDS) in AP at https://aepos.ap.gov.in/index.jsp
At the homepage, scroll over “FPS” section present in the main menu and click at “PDS Transactions” link.

On clicking the link, the page to check Aepds AP Shop Abstract (PDS Transactions) will open.

Select month and year of your choice, transaction type as “All”, enter shop number (for eg-1013034) and click “Submit” button to check Aepds AP Shop Wise Transactions.
Then Transaction Details for Shop No:1013034 will open as shown below:-

In the opened AePDS AP Shop wise transactions report, you can check ration card no, scheme, receipt no, date (to check date wise transaction details), quantity in Kgs and amount.
