Mamata Yojana Odisha Form 2024 is available to download in PDF format at wcd.odisha.gov.in, apply for Mamata scheme in Odisha state. This scheme aims to alleviate the issue of maternal and infant undernutrition. Mamata Yojana is a state specific conditional cash transfer maternity benefit scheme by the Odisha government. The self-declaration form (Annexure B) including photograph and photocopy of first page of passbook in the name of the beneficiary, photocopy of beneficiary Aadhaar Card and photocopy of MCP Card with RCH No shall be submitted by the beneficiary.

A duplicate copy of submitted documents is to be kept at AWC properly for any future reference in case of data collection and entry by AWC. In case beneficiary applies online, self declaration form not required.

Odisha Mamata Yojana Amount

On 13 Feb 2024, Odisha government doubled the amount of the conditional cash transfer scheme for pregnant and lactating mothers to Rs. 10,000. This increase has been done after 13 years of launch of Mamata Yojana. The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) said that Rs. 5,000 that was being given to pregnant and lactating mothers above the age of 19 years under Mamata Yojana has been doubled with retrospective effect from August 2023.

The increased amount of Rs. 10,000 (earlier Rs. 5,000) under Mamata Scheme in Odisha would be given in two installments. First installment shall be of Rs. 6000 (earlier Rs. 3,000) while the second installment shall be of Rs. 4000 (earlier Rs. 2,000).

AWW stands for Anganwadi Worker, ANM stands for Auxilary Nursing Midwife, MCP Card stands for Mother and Child Protection Card, RCHS stands for Reproductive and Child Health System, AWC stands for Anganwadi Centre and HSC stands for Health Sub Centre.

Odisha Mamata Yojana Online Registration Process

The pregnant woman will have to register her pregnancy at the AWC/ mini AWC to which she belongs to within first 04 months of her pregnancy to get benefits under the scheme or within such time limit as prescribed by govt. from time to time. Besides that, she can also upload the necessary documents of her pregnancy through Mobile App for necessary verification and further action.

She will have to fill up the input fields like Pregnancy detail, bank account detail, RCH no., and Aadhar detail and an online self-declaration form correctly in the Mobile App based system. After Mamata Yojana Odisha registration, a unique id will be generated and SMS will be sent to the beneficiary immediately.
