STEP 1: Firstly visit the E Daakhil official website at https://edaakhil.nic.in/
STEP 2: Hit at “Enter Website” button or simply click https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ to open eFiling (Consumer Commission) website.
STEP 3: At this website, scroll over “Consumer/Advocate” section and click at “Registration” link.

STEP 5: Accordingly, the page to make E Daakhil Portal registration form 2024 will appear as shown below:-
STEP 6: Fill in user account information (email ID, password, mobile no), personal information (name, father name, date of birth), current address (address, state, district, pin code), upload ID proof document (ID proof, ID proof number, upload ID proof), captcha and click at “Submit” button to create new user account.
STEP 7: Then new users can activate their account by verifying it with OTP through the link – https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/faces/otpverifiaction.xhtml. On clicking the link, page showing New User Account Activation Form through Mobile SMS-OTP (One Time Password) will open.

Department of Consumer Affairs has started nationwide implementation of the E-Daakhil portal from 22nd November 2024. The e-Daakhil portal was first launched on 7th September 2020 by the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. By the end of 2023, it was launched in 35 States/UTs except Ladakh. Now, as the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh launched the e-Daakhil Portal in Ladakh Consumer Commission on 22nd November 2024, the platform is accessible to consumers across all regions of India, from metropolitan cities to remote areas.
